After working as an event planner, executive and personal assistant for over a decade, Allison Farrar Welch created As You Wish in 2010. Based in Denver and serving clients in Colorado, As You Wish provides customized personal assistance, concierge and event planning services to clients throughout Colorado.
Allison brings a passion for planning and organizing, and her signature blend of personalized and seamless service to every client, as well as her passion for planning and organizing. From high-profile charity fundraisers to casual cocktail gatherings, Allison has planned successful and buzz-worthy events from New York City to Aspen.
Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University and her certification in Meeting & Event Planning from the University of North Carolina. She is involved with various charities around Denver and enjoys yoga, hiking and spending time with her husband, family & friends.

We handle everything from errands, concierge, organizing, moving management, to corporate and personal events and day of wedding coordination with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Vice President of Operations
With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Emily joined the team in 2019 to oversee all operational aspects of As You Wish. While not only specializing in household operations, events, and concierge services, her primary focus is on streamlining internal processes to produce financially sustainable organizations.
Prior to As You Wish, Emily was a Senior Project Manager for Blue Spruce Capital, supporting Ultra High Net Worth individuals in a multi-generational family office. Her passion for the Hospitality industry goes back to when she was assisting members at the Westerly Yacht Club, and waitressing at the finest restaurant in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, where she worked all through college.
Emily received a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Art History from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During her time off, she enjoys attending concerts and spending time with family.
Event Planner & Personal Assistant
After obtaining her degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Niagara University in 2006, Deb spent the past 13 years working for boutique businesses in New York, Lake Como, San Francisco and Napa.
She enjoys combining her love for customer service, creativity and attention to detail to deliver the perfect client experience. With over a decade in planning and hospitality involvement, she is excited to be a part of the As You Wish team.
On her days off, Deb enjoys painting, dancing, writing and exploring Denver.
Shayla is a Colorado native with a passion for hospitality. She graduated in 2013 from Metro State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management and Design.
She has spent the past decade working as the Director of Special Events & Weddings for Coohills Restaurant, Director of Catering for the Hotel Monaco & Panzano, and held a Regional Sales Manager position for Richard Sandoval Hospitality.
Shayla’s passion for organizing, planning, and executing weddings helps to ensure her clients’ experiences are seamless and enjoyable. In her free time Shayla can be found dancing at concerts, enjoying the mountains, and spending time with her loved ones.
While studying communications and psychology at the University of Tennessee, Bryn began her career in events with an entertainment company and high-end clothing exchange company. Working as both a Spa Operations Manager and Group Sales Manager in Nashville, she has experience with operations, sales and customer relations for high-level clientele.
Back in 2019, Bryn moved to Colorado to jump back into the events and concierge industry. In her spare time, Bryn loves playing with her dog, snowboarding, painting, interior decorating and traveling around the world!
Event Planner & Personal Assistant
Bree began her career in the ski industry with Vail Resorts and Intrawest before officially planting roots in Denver over 15 years ago. Since then, Bree’s passion for event planning and personal assistance serves as the foundation of over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry across Colorado.
Bree enjoys creating memorable experiences for an extremely diverse range of clients while also executing both intimate and large-scale events. Her local knowledge enables her to authentically connect clients to top-tier resources for any occasion.
She is a foodie who enjoys traveling, snowboarding, hiking, yoga and is always down to experience new things.
Event Planner & Personal Assistant
After mastering the art of weddings and event planning with a nationally recognized organization, Jenna decided to take her skills to the next level by joining the As You Wish team. With over 5 years of hospitality experience, Jenna’s devotion to her clients shines through in every aspect of her work. Her leadership and attention to detail allows her to provide an exceptional experience for all clients she serves.
Jenna’s passion for building relationships with her clients comes from being able to express her love for people by coordinating and being part of their most important events- whether it be a large-scale event, or helping with their day-to-day.
Jenna enjoys traveling, volunteering, and exploring the outdoors. In her free time, you can find her conquering off-road trails in her Jeep across the mountains of Colorado.
